Set Up
It's easy. Charge the battery pack. Open the side flap of the hot seat, pull out the cord, and plug it into the pack. Slip the battery into its slot, select high or low heat, and enjoy. There's nothing better - or easier.
FAQ
Will it fit my chair?
Very likely. All chairs are different but 16" x 16" slides comfortably onto most chairs, without hanging over too much either.
Can I store my hot seat outside?
We wouldn't recommend it. It is an electronic and fabric item. It looks great hanging from its handle, so why not try hanging it on a coat hook by the door so it's always ready for you to bring out with you.
Why isn't it cheaper?
It took a lot of development to bring the Hot Seat to life - there is no "going to the hot seat manufacturer". We sourced every single piece of this product with a focus on responsible and high-end materials. We are a small company committed to not over producing, so there are less economies of scale.

Shipping Details
Order Processing
All orders are processed with in 2 business days. Expedited shipping orders are processed same-day if ordered before 12:00 PST and next-day if order is placed after 12:00 PST. Because of our commitment to fast order processing, we are unable to cancel orders once they are placed.
Shipping Options
All orders are sent via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We cannot always ship to P.O. Boxes.
Standard Transit time is 2-7 days, and expedited transit times are as selected . Tansit time does begins when the carrier picks up the order.
Tracking
As soon as your order has been labeled, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that tracking might not update until EOD on the day it is picked up. Mylle is not responsible for the package as soon as it is picked up by the carrier.
