Shipping & Returns
UNITED STATES SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 2 business days.
We cannot cancel orders once they are placed - you will have to request a return.
Expedited orders are processed day-of, if the order is placed before 12:00PST, and next day if the order is placed later than 12:00PST.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $120. Orders below $120 are based on carrier rates to your area.
Tracking is emailed once the order has been shipped.
All packages are sent via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Time in transit (excluding holidays & weekends):
Standard: 2 -7 business days
2 Day: 2 business days, by EOD
Overnight: 1 business day, by EOD.
*Please note that time in transit estimates do not include processing time. Time in transit begins once the package is picked up by the carrier.
Shipping notes:
Mylle is not responsible for lost and late packages. Once a package is picked up and scanned in by the carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. We insure our shipments, so please reach out directly to the carrier if your package has been lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. They will issue you a check for reimbursement.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. Please consider shipping to an address where someone is always present to receive the delivery.
We cannot update shipping addresses once the order is placed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Mylle does not ship directly to international customers, so check our Stockists page for international retailers that can ship to your location.
RETURN POLICY
Warranty defect replacements are honored within 20 days of receipt. Please email us at hello@mylleshop.com immediately with your order number and a picture to explain the issue and initiate the exchange.
Items that are unused and unopened can be returned within 30 days. Please email hello@mylleshop.com to initiate the exchange. Once the order is received back you will be refunded, minus $20 for the cost of shipping & restocking.
