Shipping & Returns


We offer $10 shipping on US orders.

All orders are processed within 2 business days.

Tracking is emailed once the order has been shipped.

All packages are sent via UPS.

Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. Please consider shipping to an address where someone is always present to receive the delivery.


We ship to most countries - if you are unable to checkout from your country, please email for assistance.

All international orders are processed within 3 business days.

International shipments are sent via DHL, or in some instances USPS to your domestic post office, and take 7-10 days to arrive.

Shipping prices are not marked up. We are a small shop and do not get big corporate shipping discounts, so these are the best prices offered to us. We apologize for how expensive it is and understand that it is too much for many people, but we like to still offer international shipping for those who are interested.

International customers are encouraged to shop from our Stockists to save on shipping & customs costs. 

All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money. Duties and taxes vary by country and by order, so we are unable to estimate the cost. Please contact your customs office or local post office for that information.



Warranty defect exchanges are honored within 20 days of receipt. Please email us at immediately with your order number and a picture to explain the issue and initiate the exchange.

Pools that are unused and unopened from their envelope are accepted to return within 30 days. Please email to alert that you'll be sending the pool back and a refund with the cost of shipping deducted will be processed when we receive it.
