In fact, it took so much work, we don't think we'll ever do this again. So here's your first and last chance to have a picnic blanket that's a true piece of art.

We've been collecting used pools to give our beautiful material a second life. In partnership with Studio Howard & Portland Garment Factory we've created the most beautiful waterproof accessories for everyday life.
Some companies claim that their inflatable pools are recyclable (or even compostable), but that is not actually so great. Most plastics never end up being recycled, and those that are still create quite a bit of waste in the process. So we've been taking back pools our customers no longer want to keep them out of landfills, with the dream of one day turning them into something beautiful to continue their use.
So this is our dream come true.
It takes a lot to keep materials out of the landfill. That's why so few people do it.
First, we have to ship the pools back to HQ. Then we have to store them. Then we have to get them to PGF. Then we have to deconstruct the pools and clean them thoroughly. And then we sew them into something entirely new.
And it's completely worth it. Thank you for valuing it.

OOAK Items ship once a week, so expect 1-5 business days for shipping.
Shipping Options
All orders are sent via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We cannot always ship to P.O. Boxes.
Standard Transit time is 2-7 days, and expedited transit times are as selected . Transit time begins when the carrier picks up the order.
Tracking
As soon as your order has been labeled, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that tracking might not update until EOD on the day it is picked up. Mylle is not responsible for the package as soon as it is picked up by the carrier.

Concepting
Then we worked with Studio Howard to bring the idea from dream to pattern & production plan.
Deconstruction
Then the pools are sent to PGF to deconstruct - no small task.
Cleaning
It takes teamwork to make sure there is no outdoor residue on the large swaths of material.
Cut & Sew
Now we're back to where more products start and the team at PGF begins to to cut and sew our material.
